Stadtverwicklung is an interdisciplinary collective that attempts to realize the vision of a solidary, democratic society within its own structures. This is why, for example, we do not have a managing director in the traditional sense - the managing directors of our gGmbH are controlled by our association Kollektiv Stadtverwicklung e.V., which was founded specifically for this purpose. The members of the association are employees of the gGmbH - so the employees manage their own business. By transferring the principle of the tenement syndicate to a company, we ensure that the hierarchies are as flat as possible.
