For anyone who wants to set up or run a social innovation / common good-orientated company in urban and village development or who wants to learn more about the topic. Whether in the field of energy, mobility, construction or culture; whether you only have an idea or already have a few ingredients - we support founders and companies who want to have a sustainable impact in their home town.
You will receive inspiration from successful cases and projects as well as practical knowledge from various experts. You will immerse yourself in a nationwide network and gain access to a large pool of knowledge. You will learn about innovative financing and organisational models for your company and minimise start-up risks.
Our Mixed Bowl Programme combines individual consultations, online workshops, on-site boot camps and digital learning formats. Over three years, we offer different topic cycles, from building and housing to culture and creative industries to nutrition, energy, mobility and digital infrastructure. Always practice-orientated and open-ended. Starting in 2025 with the topics of building & living and culture.

Companies orientated towards the common good are not one-size-fits-all, but require individual recipes. In our interactive online workshops, we provide practical knowledge on topics such as group building, sustainable vision development and collective management. Network with like-minded people and benefit from direct dialogue. You can find the dates below under Current events.
At our intensive workshops on selected weekends, you will learn all about group processes and participation culture: Where do I find fellow campaigners? How do we make decisions? How do we resolve conflicts? The best way to do this is in person. On excursions to successful pilot projects, you will learn how entrepreneurship and sustainable urban development go together. Starting on 13-15 June and 26-28 September.
